How to Do Voice Typing in Confluence Pages (It’s Easier Than You Think)

Documentation moves faster when you can speak your ideas. In the official docs checked for this article, we did not find a built-in Confluence voice dictation workflow, but you can add system-wide Confluence voice typing to pages and comments with Vibe Typer.

No Native Dictation in Confluence

Confluence’s editor is flexible, yet it offers no mic button and no built-in speech to text. If you have been juggling external recorders and paste workflows, you know how disruptive that is.

Use headings and bullet lists as you like; Vibe Typer handles punctuation without voice commands.
